BITTERS
From herbs and spices wisely selected, macerated in a hydroalcoholic solution and pressed with an ancient oak press, a rich and fragrant infusion is obtained, an essential component of our bitters. Each of them has a unique and distinctive personality, expressed in taste and aroma, and varies according to the botanicals used, such as cinchona, rhubarb, wormwood, mint, aloe, licorice, gentian, lemon, saffron, anise, chamomile, wild fennel, carob, and many others, gathered in Apulia and came from around the world.

Made exclusively with select botanicals, including mint, orange, lemon, and sage, it’s enriched with Apulian carob extract, which gives it a bright amber color and blends perfectly with the herbaceous notes. With a fresh and bold flavor, it should be enjoyed chilled, neat or on the rocks. Excellent in mixology.

LIMONCELLO
WITH APULIAN ALMONDS
From the classic Limoncello preserves the freshness of freshly squeezed italian lemons,
and the fragrance of the peels macerated in pure alcohol.
The apulian almond sweetens and harmonizes its structure without altering it, giving the liqueur a new personality, more delicate and with a refined taste.

Made with a fragrant infusion of carefully selected fresh lemon peels and enriched with a touch of sweet Apulian almonds, it offers the perfect balance of freshness and sweetness. Ideal chilled after a meal or as an ingredient in refreshing cocktails.

GINS
We use typical Apulian botanicals in our gins: almonds, cherries, carobs, wild fennel, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary and many others. They draw intensity and aroma from the land of Apulia, balancing the distinctive notes of juniper, angelica and coriander in a surprising harmony. The spices are distilled in a handmade discontinuous alembic still. The result is an infusion dense with noble and unique scents.
